BURDENED WITH THE WEIGHT OF LOSS
I cannot fathom how I have dealt with this loss
Or the remorse about all things I left unsaid.
The times he would fondly look into my eyes,
O how that silenced my cries!
Went to every length just to make me happy,
His experiences of life he did share with me.
But during his last days when we were apart,
I knew not that he would depart.
And now that he is gone,
My bleeding heart carries the burden of loss,
With each day, every tear and the rising fear,
I silently hope for the break of dawn,
For I fight emotions beyond brain and brawn.

  1. After reading the poem, it seems it were centered in favor of the ladies but u know some women are even worse than the men.I believe this craze that, what a man can do women can do better
